We aim to supply any product you can see on
the web site and in the unfortunate situation that we cannot obtain
it we will contact you immediately and try to offer an alternative.
This situation should not happen as the site is to be updated on
a frequent basis to only show the stock that is available.
International customers' shipping rates will be worked out and advised
to you separately as this is a complicated process but really not
that expensive (delivered by Fed Ex ) e.g. for a parcel weighing
1.5 KG costs the following;-

Accuracy of Information
Whilst every thing possible has been done to give you the fullest
detail we cannot guarantee that the colours shown are exactly as
you will receive due to the technical nature of viewing them on
different monitors which may have been set up in a slightly different
manner .The products shown are as accurate as is possible when
the web site was created and Ridge Hill cannot be held responsible
for any errors that have been overlooked.
Garment Care
Please ensure you follow the instructions on the garment care labels to ensure that you give the garment the best opportunity to last as long as possible and service your requirements. If You need to reproof your garment please refer to the products we sell on the site
Returns
Our aim is to supply you with the highest quality product for your
total satisfaction.
We comply with all manufacturers' warranties. If for any reason
you are not happy with the product, please return the item as detailed
below. We will accept returns up to 14 days after the date of the
invoice.
Please contact our sales department to obtain a returns number –we
cannot accept any return unless this has been done and authorised.
This number must be clearly marked on the
outside of the parcel. No return will be accepted without this number.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days of the date you obtained
the returns number .Any item returned must be in the original packaging
and with the labels and hang tags in tact .If you have received
a faulty item or one that has been sent to you incorrectly then
we will compensate you for the carriage costs but you are responsible
to ensure that it is sent by secure mail e.g. Recorded Delivery
and you will be responsible for the item until it reaches us .If
the item is a replacement as an exchange , you have to cover the
secure postal /Delivery charge but we will send the exchanged item
to you free of charge. The returns number has 2 functions in that
we can be aware that you are not satisfied and we can be ready to
process the return on receipt and also we can monitor the reasons
for the returns to give you and other customers an even better service.
If you have paid a delivery charge this will also be refunded but if you are only returning part of the order, then we are not obliged to repay any of the delivery charge.
